Hubert Czerepok has been resident artist of ACAX Goat Street Residency during the summer of 2015 with the support of the Visegrad Fund. As his residency is about to reach its end, we are warmly welcoming all to join on August 28 to a „residency finissage” where the artist will present his most recent works done in Budapest (and still in progress) in the frame of a one-night exhibition and informal gathering.

Hubert Czerepok, resident artist of Goat Street Residency will speak about his previous works and about his project to be realised during his 3-months stay in Budapest. 

Residency Unlimited (RU), New York - 2015

ACAX – Agency for Contemporary Art Exchange in cooperation with RU announced an Open Call for Hungary based contemporary visual artists to take part in a 3 months residency program (September – November 2015)

Out of the 23 artists applying, the selection panel organized by Residency Unlimited awarded this year's residency to Anna Fabricius.

The grant covers the travel, stipend, living costs and full benefits of Residency Unlimited (RU)'s program.
The program is organised and financed by ACAX | Agency for Contemporary Art Exchange with the support of TMU (Trust for Mutual Understanding).

The World as Objectness

Four artists want to acquire a painting from a fifth one. They decide to buy it together. With the help of a legal adviser, they enter into a contract for shared ownership of this painting. But how can the geometrical structure of this piece of art be translated into legal norms? And what is it that the four artists now own?
